If you contact us through the website, we collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address and message.
If you consent to Google Analytics, we also receive analytics information about use of the website, such as page and session activity, approximate location, and browser or device information. Google Analytics uses identifiers stored in first-party cookies to distinguish users and sessions.

4. Contact form and email
Contact form submissions are sent directly by email to [email protected]. The website does not intentionally save a separate CSV or database copy of your contact-form submission.
Email and hosting services are currently provided through the UK-hosted VPS on which nivoa.app operates, using Plesk and the server's mail facilities.
5. Google Analytics
With your consent, Nivoa uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this website. Analytics is disabled by default and the Google Analytics tag is only loaded after you select Accept analytics.
Google Analytics may process information including usage activity, approximate location, browser/device information and an analytics client identifier. Nivoa does not use Google Analytics for advertising personalisation on this site.
You can reject Analytics when first visiting the site or change your choice later using .
6. Sharing your information
We only share personal information where necessary to operate the website and services, to comply with law, or with service providers acting on our behalf. Current categories include:
- our UK website hosting and email infrastructure;
- jsDelivr, which delivers the Bootstrap website framework and may receive standard connection information such as your IP address and browser details;
- Google, where you consent to Google Analytics; and
- professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is reasonably necessary or legally required.
We do not sell your personal information.
7. International transfers
The Nivoa website is hosted in the UK. Where you consent to Google Analytics, Google may process analytics information outside the UK. Google states that appropriate transfer mechanisms apply where required. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any international transfer of personal information is protected as required by UK data protection law.
8. How long we keep information
We normally retain ordinary contact enquiries for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We may keep information for longer where it becomes part of a customer relationship, where required for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes, or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights including access to your personal information, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
